The PRAN Frooto Dhaka Metropolis School Volleyball (Boys’ & Girls’) Competition starts tomorrow at the Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium in Mirpur.
Bangladesh Volleyball Federation will arrange the volleyball meet under auspices of PRAN Beverages Limited.
To mark the upcoming volleyball competition, a press conference was held at the conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium on Saturday.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF) Ashikur Rahman Miku, Vice-President of BVF Tabiur Rahman Palowan, Vice-President of BVF Mostafa Kamal, Event Manager of PRAN RFL Group Md Tareq, Joint-Secretary of BVF and Secretary of the School Volleyball Committee Azizur Rahman were present at the conference.
A total of 29 schools (Boys’ & Girls’) will participate in the competition.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder will inaugurate the volleyball meet as the chief guest while Head of Marketing & Sales of PRAN Beverages Limited Md Atiqur Rahman will be with him as the special guest.
