A senior school teachers was beaten and stabbed to death by his maternal uncles in Kharamputti residential area in the town over land dispute on Monday noon.
The victim was identified as Ashikur Rahman (43) Assistant Headmaster of Rangamati Govt. High School, in Rangamati and son of Principal (Red) Professor Khalilur Rahman at Kharamputti under Kishoreganj Sadar.
The dead body was sent to mourge for autopsy and a case was field in this connection with Kishoreganj Model Police station.
