Five boys’ section matches of the Atom Gum U-12 School Handball competition (boys’ & girls’) were decided on Sunday at Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium.
In the day’s matches, Shaheed Police Smrity College blanked South Points School and College by 5-0 goals, Ideal School and College defeated South Bridge School 15-4, Ideal School and College outclassed Scholastica 5-1, Dhanmondi Tutorial beat Narinda Govt. High School 5-1 and Motijheel Model School and College defeated Heed International 6-3.
The finals of both boys’ and girls’ section and the semifinals will be held today (Monday) at the same.
M Anisur Rahman, Acting Secretary of Religious Affairs Ministry, is expected to present in the finals as chief guest and distribute the prizes.
