Barishal BaptistMission High School clinched the Pran Milk National School Football title beating Satkhira Fulbari DS Alim Madrasah by 6-0 goals in the final at Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Thursday.
Jakir made hat-trick scoring three goals in the 61st, 65th and 73rd minutes, Naimul Islam netted two in the 1st and 49th minutes while Rabbi netted the remaining goal in the 11th minute.
The champions Baptist Mission High School received prize money of Tk 1 lakh along with trophy and medal while runners-up Fulbari Alim Madrasah team got 50,000 as prize money with trophy and medal.
Saiful Islam of Baptist Mission was adjudged the man of the final, Zahidul Islam of the same team named as the most valuable player of the tournament while Rajon Ali of Natore Lalpur SS Pilot High named as the highest scorer of the tournament making nine goals.
Earlier in the semifinals, G Fulbari DS Ali Madrasah eliminated Natore Lalpur SS Pilot High School by 3-1 goals while Barishal BaptistMission High School managed a seat for the final eliminating Nilphamari Samir Uddin School and College by 4-3 goals in the tie-breaker on Tuesday.
