Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh has been awarded the prestigious “Bank of the Year” award at The Banker Awards 2015. The award was handed over to Bitopi Das Chowdhury, Country Head of Corporate Affairs, Standard Chartered Bangladesh at a grand gala dinner program held recently in London. Standard Chartered Bangladesh has won this prestigious award 5 times since 2010.
Commenting on the win, Abrar A. Anwar, CEO of Standard Chartered Bangladesh said, “We at Standard Chartered are proud to celebrate our 110 years of operations in Bangladesh this year. We are delighted to receive this award for the 5th time, which is a testimony of our commitment to serve our clients in this market consistently over so many years.
