Sylhet District and Sessions Judge Md Bazlur Rahman has been appointed the Registrar General of the Supreme Court.
The Law Ministry on Monday issued a gazette notification to this effect.
According to the notification, Bazlur Rahman became the Registrar General of the Supreme Court as per the wish of the Chief Justice.
The current Registrar General of the Supreme Court Md Ali Akbar would go on retirement on February 28.
