The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) will investigate the allegation brought against the Sonali Bank’s CBA leader Md Hasan Kashru that he gathered Tk about 100 crore in illegal way.
The ACC took the decision in its regular meeting on Tuesday, said the commission’s Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya.
The commission nominated Assistant Director A S M Sazzad Hossain and Deputy Director Syed Iqbal Hosasin to probe the allegations.
The ACC sources said that the CBA leader gathered huge assets worth about Tk 100 crore illegally. The ACC received several written allegations against Md Hasan Kashru. After analyzing the allegations, the commission has decided to investigate it.
The ACC will also summon Md Hasan Kashru to the commission headquarters for quizzing soon.
