3-wheeler overturned: Saw-mill worker killed in Jhenaidah

A saw-mill worker was killed and two others were injured when a three wheeler locally known as Nasiman had turned turtle near Nagarbathan on the Jhenaidah-Chuadanga highway on Thursday morning.
The deceased was identified as Abul Kashem, 35, son of Ena Gayen from Kamarpuar village under Mujibnagar upazila in Meherpur, while the injured as Mijanur Rahman, 30, son of Arman Hossain, and Jhantu, 32, son of Babar Ali of the same village.

Azbahar Ali Sheikh said that all of them were saw-mill workers by profession.
At about 10.30 AM, boarding on a Nasiman, they were going towards Jhenaidah in search of work. When their Nasimon arrived near Nagarbathan, about seven kilometres from the district town, turned turtle on the street leaving all the three injured.
They were rushed to Jhenaidah Sadar Hospital in a critical state, where the attending physician declared Abul Kashem dead. The condition of the two others was stated to be critical.
