Saudi Govt to cooperate for hajj flights operation

Saudi Arabian government will extend all possible cooperation to Bangladesh government in ensuring smooth hajj flights operation this year.
The commitment was made while Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr Abdullah Bin Naser Al-Busairi called on Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon at the secretariat here.
During the meeting, they discussed various issues related to carry Bangladeshi hajj pilgrims to Saudi Arabia in a smooth way. The minister said Bangladesh government is committed to take all kinds of steps to ensure hajj flights for all intending hajj pilgrims.
They also discussed different matters relating to bilateral issues including development of civil aviation and tourism.
 Memon informed the ambassador that presently a very congenial atmosphere is prevailing in the country for the foreign investors.
The minister expressed the hope that the existing excellent bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries will be further strengthened in the days to come.
Civil Aviation and Tourism Secretary Khorshed Alam
Chowdhury, Religious Affair Secretary Chowdhury Babul Hassan and Chairman, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh Air Vice Marshal Mahmud Hussain were present during the meeting.
