Sarika Sabah, Shamim share screen for Eid drama

Sarika Sabah and Shamim Hasan Sarkar are two popular faces of the small screen and YouTube channels. After working together in several numbers of dramas, they have become a popular pair among the viewers. As a result, not only viewers are showing their keen interest to watch their works but also directors are now taking them in their new projects. Soumitra Ghosh Emon is a noted music video director of the country. Under his direction, Shamim and Sarika Sabah paired up for an Eid drama titled Faisa Gechhi, which story was written
by Rashidur Rahman. Shooting of the drama was held in different locations in
the capital’s Uttara area recently.
Director Soumitra Ghosh Emon informed that Faisa Gechhi is a comedy story based drama. While talking about in this regard he said, “Both Shamim and Sarika are popular among the viewers of present time. In this drama, they acted according to their demanding roles. Besides making music videos, I have concentrated to give direction of dramas. I hope viewers will enjoy the drama in Eid.”
While talking about acting in the drama Shamim Hasan Sarkar said, “For the first time, I worked under Soumitra Ghosh Emon Dada’s direction. This work was very much organised despite it was his given first directed drama. With everybody’s cooperation it has become a nice work. During corona pandemic, we worked
carefully maintaining social distance and hygiene properly. I believe viewers
will enjoy the drama.”
Sarika Sabah shared her feelings by this way, “I was absent from shooting for last one month due to corona pandemic. Later, when shooting of drama Faisa Gechhi
started I became tired but I worked.
It was also my first work under Emon Dada’s direction. Viewers will see me in role of Natasha in the drama. I hope viewers will enjoy the drama, which will be aired on a YouTube channel in coming Eid.”
Both Shamim and Sarika also said that they will be also seen in Rusho Ahmed, Monsurul Alam Chanchal and Rahat
Kabir directed dramas in Eid.
