Public Health Engineering Department, Plan International including Kishoreganj District Administration jointly arranged a colourfull rally, discussion, documentary film, fair and washing programme in the district marking the National Senitation Month and Hand Wash Day on Monday.
A discussion on modern sanitation and healthy life was held at local collectorate conference room on Monday.
Deputy Commissioner Md. Azimuddin Biswas attented as Chief Guest while D.P.H.E Executive Engineer Md. Tozzammel Haque in the chair.
It was addressed among others by ADC (Gen) Tarafder Md. Akhter Jamil, ADC (Education & ICT) Golam Mohamad Bhuiyan as special guest, Principal Professor Rafiqul Islam Khan, Sadar Upazila Chairman Advocate Shariful Islam, Washing Programme Senior Officer Iqbal Hossain, CAB President Alam Sarowar Tito, Assistant Professor Samiul Haque Mollah and Headmaster Mujibur Rahman.
A colourfull rally was brought out in the town led by D.C. Md. Azimuddin Biswas and Poura Mayor Md. Pervaz Miah.
