In 2017, Sanayee Mahbub started anchoring on My TV. It was her first appearance in the small screen. She hosted a film related songs based programme Rong for few months on that channel. Later director of film Prem-er Tajmohol Gazi Mahbub found Sanayee in a fashion show and he offered her to act in his movie. Then Sanayee signed in two movies to work with film actor Saimon Sadik. These two films were: Protikkha and Protishodh. During that year she was also seen as model in billboards. Nabila was her first work in billboard. She also worked with popular fashion houses like Nogordola, Textmart, etc.
Now Sanayee is passing busy times with acting and modelling. Recently she finished shooting of a music video of a song titled Deshlai directed by AK Azad, which lyrics were written by Sudip Kumar Dip. Sabrina Saba has rendered the song. It is now available on YouTube. Therefore, Sanayee is also working in another music video of Sahir Khan’s song titled Swapney Dekha Rajkonnya. Babu Siddiqui is giving direction of the music video. Anindo Kumar has composed lyrics and tune of the song. Shooting of the music video is going on at Priyanka Shooting House, which is expected to release next week on YouTube, said Sanayee.
While talking about acting in web series she told this correspondent, “I have worked in a web series titled Bhoy, which was directed by Babu Siddiqui. Its duration is 18 minutes 30 seconds. I played the role of Priyoti in the web series. Therefore, my acted two movies – Moinar Itikotha and Supto Agun- The Hidden Fire – are now in the Censor Board. Aruna Biswas and Boroda Mithu acted in role of my parents in Moinar Itikotha where I played the title role against hero Sagor. Babu Siddiqui gave direction of Supto Agun- The Hidden Fire. Rahul Khan is my hero in the film.”
Till now Sanayee performed four music videos have been released. While asking her about future plan Sanayee said, “In fact, I want to establish myself as an actress in the big screen.”
