Samsung Electronics Bangladesh has launched a distribution warehouse in Bangladesh for the first time in partnership with TNT recently.
This is the first ever initiative by Samsung in Bangladesh where device parts and accessories will be delivered across the country based on prior orders from service centers.
A special inauguration ceremony was held at the warehouse where Choon Soo Moon, Country Manager of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh attended as the Chief Guest.
Shimyong Jung, Vice President, Customer Satisfaction Team, Samsung India Electronics Ltd.; Tanjil Chowdhury, Managing Director, Bangladesh Trade Syndicate Ltd. and Tanveer Shahed, Head of Services, Samsung Electronics Bangladesh, also attended the ceremony as special guests.
Among others, high official of both Samsung Electronics Bangladesh and TNT with Samsung Service Partners were present at the occasion. The 2000 square ft. warehouse is placed in the central location of Tejgaon. From now on, Samsung mobile parts will be distributed all over the country on a daily basis based on requirements from the service centers.
