West Indies allrounder Darren Sammy said he is upbeat to give his best effort to give something good for his team Sylhet Superstars in the third edition of Bangladesh Premier Football League T20 beginning today (Sunday).
He was talking to the reporters during his first practice session on Saturday at Mirpur.
The Caribbean allrounder said he is very keen to play with the number one all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who is also representing Sylhet Superstars in the third edition of BPL.
Commenting about Shakib Sammy said, Shakib is an excellent cricket… he not only plays good cricket in Bangladesh but also all over in the World … he is an experienced cricketer in T20 format as well .. this time we got good side having some talented players and hopeful to prove our worth in the field.
Sylhet Super Stars will take on Chittagong Vikings in their first match on Monday (November 23).
