BSS, Dhaka :
Rajshahi Kings skipper Darren Sammy expressed his hope that his side would able to come back in their remaining matches of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 showing best performance, said a press release.
Rajshahi Kings will take on Dhaka Dynamites scheduled to be held today (Monday) at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
Talking to the reporters after the practice session, Sammy said, “We are not playing well …We are not getting the results which we need but we are much better team compared to the previous one. We still believe that we can fight back through the play against Dhaka tomorrow (Monday). They are the only team we beat in the competition which motivated us.”
The Caribbean allrounder said their fielding is not up to the mark in the competition so far and they failed show good batting performance to put pressure on the opposition. So, he urged his team mates especially the foreign recruits to step up for the remaining matches.
Sammy said though Sabbir is their leading batsman who has been making runs for the team but cricket is the game where they can’t rely only one person.
