A 15-member executive committee of Insurance Reporters Forum (IRF) was formed with Golam Samdany of the Daily Sokaler Khabor as president and Gazi Anowarul Hoque of the New Nation as general secretary.
IRF Election Commissioner Md Monir Hossain on Thursday formed a two-year committee for the 2016-17 at Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) in the capital.
The other office-bearers of IRF are: Vice-president Golam Mowla of Bangla Tribune.com, joint-general secretary MM Masud of the Daily Manab Zamin, treasurer Rahim Sheikh of the Daily Janakantha, organizing secretary Sakawat Hossain of the Daily Alokito Bangladesh, Publicity and Publication secretary Mahfuzul Islam of the Daily Manab Kantha, Office secretary Azizul Haq Partha of the Daily Inqilab, executive members – Jasim Uddin Haroon of the Daily Financial Express, Aminul Islam of the Daily Amader Arthonity, Selim Malik of RTV, Rezaul Haq Kawshik of the Daily Ittefaq, Sheikh Shafayat Hossain of the Daily Kaler Kantha, Ali Reaz of the Daily Bangladesh Pratidin and Mousumy Islam of the Daily JaiJai Din.
