Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will perform at the opening ceremony of the Bangabandhu Premier League (BPL). The inaugural ceremony will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on December 8.
Acting Chairman of BPL Governing Council Sheikh Sohel said, ” We have confirmed Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif for the opening ceremony. We want to make the opening ceremony colourful and attractive.

Country’s noted singer Momtaz Begum will render songs during the opening ceremony. We are trying to fetch more Bollywood stars for the inaugural function.”
It may be mentioned that the Bangabandhu BPL will be held marking the 100 year’s of the birthday anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will formally open the gala twenty20 cricket competition named Bangabandhu BPL.
The opening programme will start at 4.00 PM, while the occasion will come to an end on 10 PM.
The price of the tickets of the VIP Gallery is Taka 10 thousand. Besides, the price of the tickets of gallery is Taka one thousand each.
