M. Shahdat Hossain Taslim :
This year 2017, the Royal Saudi Government allocated a quota of 1,27,198 pilgrims to Bangladesh. Out of which around 1,23,000 pilgrims performed Holy Hajj under the private management through 635 Hajj agencies. The Royal Saudi Embassy in Dhaka was engaged in issuing visa for the pilgrims with utmost care and sincerity. Without their painstaking task it would have been absolutely impossible to accomplish the huge job for the greater services to the pilgrims. Even they kept the Royal Embassy open during off days as their great symbol of dedication to the guest of Allah by providing day-night services.
In the mid period of Hajj visa issuing season, the number of passports were significantly less than unusual which caused pileup of huge passports during the last few days. This was, in fact, a very critical moment and turned into a gigantic task for the Embassy officials to clear the back log. The Embassy officials rendered an invaluable services to accomplish the task working through day-night with patience, priority and hard labour.
Very special complements to the Royal Saudi Embassy are due for what they have done by issuing Hajj visas even after closing date of visa issuing service. Despite all odds and eventualities this year, Hajj visa issuing services of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia will be remembered for long in the coming years.
All concerned officials, including His Excellency the Ambassor, rendered in valuable services to the Guest of Allah. HAAB recalls their services with great admiration.
The Almighty Allah has blessed the Royal Saudi Arabian Government with the most sacred opportunity to organize the holy Hajj and Umrah. Every year the cordial hospitality and outstanding services provided by the Royal Saudi Arabian Government to the pilgrims would be highly appreciated and acclaimed by the Muslim Ummah across the world.
We are absolutely overwhelmed and take a great pride in having being associated with this sensitive religious rituals by providing due service to the distinguished Guest of Allah for performing the holy Hajj and Umrah.
To be very specific we cannot but appreciate the superb progress in ensuring instant neatness and cleanliness at the holy two Mosques, specially at the “Maataf”‘and in between Safa and Marwah inspite of a very crowded situation round the clock. It has impressed me a lot. Over all this tremendous success of the Royal Saudi Government has been praised highly all over the world and it has been a glowing example of accomplishment of a noble task. May Allah bestow His Mercy to the people associated with the duties (directly or indirectly) in helping the Hajjs to perform the most valuable pillar of our faith. Ameen.
