Salauddin Lavlu has made two new drama serials. One is The Village Engineer and another is Khorkuto.
Lavlu has started shooting of these serials. Right now he has been engaged with the shooting of serial The Village Engineer, he said.
Now shooting of The Village Engineer is going on at Choter Aga in Pubail, Shahin’s residence in Gazipur and other places. Popular actor of present time Mosharraf Karim is acting in the title role in the serial.
Masum Reza has written story of the serial. For the last seven years Salauddin Lavlu has been made TV serials under the stories written by Masum Reza.
While talking about Kazi Shahedul Islam’s written another serial titled Khorkuto its director Salauddin Lavlu told this correspondent, “Life and activities of women are floating. It is the main theme of the serial Khorkuto. After birth, females have to stay with their fathers, husbands and sons chronologically. They have not their own specific shelter. I want to portray this true life of the females in the serial.”
On the other hand, today is the birthday of Salauddin Lavlu. He has any specific plan to celebrate his birthday today. But to pass sometimes with family members he has returned to Dhaka from Pubail on Friday night. Later tomorrow he will again go to Pubail, Lavlu said.
Meanwhile, from September Salauddin Lavlu will start to make shooting of film Jonom Jonomey to cast Riaz and Shabnur. Its story was also written by Masum Reza, Lavlu mentioned.
