Public servants will be able to draw their salaries as per the new pay scale from January 1 next year which has been made effective from July1 this year.
The eighth-pay scale will be finalized late of November or the beginning of December, sources said.
Sources said that, the final report of new pay scale has been sent to law ministry for vetting. After vetting it will be sent to President for his signature. The gazette notification of new pay scale may publish next Monday or in the first week of December after the president signed in it.
