Former National Junior champion and FIDE rated player Abdullah Al-Saif of Bangladesh became champion in the Under-19 age group of the 15th Annual Junior Orange Bowl International Scholastic Chess Championship, which was held at Miami in Florida of USA recently.
Saif earned 4½ points to clinch the title. The event was held on 25th and 26th January in Scholastic Chess School at Miami.
Around 700 players including 100 international players from different countries participated in the separate age groups of the event.
