Rupali Bank Krira Parisad beat Young Pegasus A team by four wickets in the Dhaka Metropolis 2nd Division Cricket League at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah on Monday.
Winning the toss, Young Pegasus batted first to score 186 for 9 in a reduced 45-over-a-side match with Rubel Parvez making 58. Mubarak Hossain Lemon grabbed three wickets for 27 runs.
In reply, Rupali Bank reached their target scoring 187 runs for 4 in 42.4 overs with Mamun Hosain making not out 38 and Bappy Das 33 runs.
In the day’s other matches, Kakrail Boys Club (93/4 in 20 overs) defeated Nabin Sangha (92/9 in 42) by six wickets at the BKSP ground-4; Kathalbagan Green Crescent Club (140/9 in 44) beat Lalmatia Club (139/10 in 41.5) by one wicket at Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium; Dhaka Royal Cricketers (220/5 in 39.1) beat Udayachal Club (219/8 in 45) by five wickets at the City Club ground and Prantik KC(152/10 in 41.2) defeated Narayanganj Cricket Academy (111/10 in 35.2) by 41 runs at BKSP ground-3 Savar.
