Rubayyat, Raja’s three new songs

Few days ago, to perform in an international programme, London’s two singers Raja Kasheff and Rubayyat Jahan came to Dhaka. They attended launching ceremony of Asha Bhosle’s Bengali song titled Choley Jawa Dhew, which music was composed by Runa Laila. Then they worked for three new songs – Anubhobey, Boishakhi Mela and Duti Chokh. Raja Kasheff has composed music of all these three songs while Kobir Bakul, Sudip Kumar Dip and Hira Kanchan Hirok composed these songs respectively. Rubayyat lent her voice for songs Anubhobey and Boishakhi Mela.
While talking about rendering these songs Rubayyat Jahan told this correspondent, “I am hopefull about all these songs because lyrics, tunes and music compostions of these songs became really nice. If we get the opportunity to work here we shall try our level best. I believe after releasing these three songs music-lovers will surely enjoy the songs. So, as a singer, my expectation has been increased now.”
Music director Raja Kasheff said, “I always try to give my level best effort in case of music. Rubayyat’s these three songs will be something special for 2020. Music-lovers will find something in Rubayyat’s songs. Then time will say what will be happened later. We are expecting to come to Dhaka in February.”
