Rajshahi University will hold the 9th convocation according to the pre-scheduled date on January 18. All the necessary steps have been taken to success the program.
The campus turned into a festive look as everywhere has been decorated with new colors and decoration.
The convocation stage has been set at the university stadium. The main function will be start at 12:00 pm with the taking seats of the graduates.
The other schedules are- taking the seats of invited guests at 1:30 pm, bringing convocation rally led by Chancellor at 2:25 pm, singing national anthem at 2:30 pm, reciting from religious holly book at 2:31 pm, formal Inauguration of convocation by chancellor at 2:36 pm, delivering welcome speech of RU Vice chancellor at 2:38 pm, presentation of all graduates to chancellor at 2:46, handing over certificate by chancellor at 2:55 pm, giving speech of convocation speaker at 2:56 pm, speaking of RU Pro-vice chancellor at 3:12, distribution of crests at 3:16, speech of Chancellor at 3:18, formal closing of the function by chancellor at 3:28 pm, singing national anthem at 3:29, departing the place of chancellor at 3:30 pm.
