For the last few years noted actress Rosy Selim has been presenting her solo play ‘Poncho Nari Akkhyan’ under the direction of noted actor-director Shahiduzzaman Selim. Its 50th show will be held at Mohila Samity Auditorium in the city’s Bailey Road area today. Harun Rashid wrote story of ‘Poncho Nari Akkhyan.’ It is 37th production of Dhaka Theatre.
Rosy will be seen to play in roles of Julekha, Nazma, Monoroma, Moriam and Momtaz in the play. While talking about the show she said, “In every show, I got huge response from the audience. I am grateful to Harun Bhai to write a nice story for the play. I am also grateful to my husband director Selim to give a nice direction of the play.”
