Sheikh Arif Bulbon :From the beginning of her acting career Romana Swarna started to work in film. Eight years ago, she first acted in a movie titled Out Of The Box under Aniket Alam’s direction. Though that movie could not see the light in country but it was released outside Bangladesh. Later she became engaged with acting in TV plays. In last Eid, Romana Swarna acted and Tonmoy Tansen directed movie Podmo Patar Jol was released. In this movie, she acted in a negative role, which was absolutely opposite trend of her works. Her acting was always highly appreciated to the viewers.Romana Swarna wants to go forward with her acting career in film industry. But she is very much optimistic about her third movie Run Out, also directed by Tonmoy Tansen. She acted in role of Nila against Sajal in the movie. Moushumi Nag also acted in role of another heroine in the film. The movie is going to release today in 100 cinema halls across the country.While talking about her third acted movie Romana Swarna told this correspondent, “I fought many times to establish myself as a character-based actress. I have to face many sufferings in this regard. I am really grateful to them who were beside me while fighting the odd situation, which I faced in my career. I have tried my level best to express the role of Nila in Run Out. I believe viewers will remember me after watching this movie. And specially I want to tell about its director Tonmoy Tansen who helped me a lot while acting in this movie. I am hopeful about the movie.”In Run Out, Sajal and Romana Swarna will be seen to perform in a romantic song, which has already hit the Youtube.However, due to her engagement with acting and promotional works of Run Out Romana swarna has detached herself from the small screen for many days. She wants to return to small screen after getting success from this movie. But she wants to be more serious about acting in TV plays, Romana mentioned.It may be mentioned that Romana Swarna acted and Zahidul Islam Mintu directed a serial titled Shaheb Babu’r Boithokkhana is being aired on ATN Bangla now.
