A notorious robber was stabbed to death by some miscreants on Saturday midnight at Bhabanipur area in Bhairab upazila of Kishoreganj over enmity and supremacy.
Received on information, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body.
The victim was identified as Siddique Miah (42), an, inter- district gang leader at Zaferganj village under Bhairab Upazila of Kishoreganj district.
Additional Police Super Mahamudul Hasan visited the area and said that Siddique was a listed criminal and many cases like, robbery, killing, arms and looting in his connection.
The body was sent to 250- bed General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
A case was filed in this connection with Bhairab Police Station.
