Rizvi says Lotus Kamal threatened BNP leaders

BNP Senior Joint-Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Thursday said that AL leader AHM Mostafa Kamal alias Lotus Kamal threatened BNP men to leave their houses before December 28.
“A video goes viral in which Lotus Kamal threatened BNP leaders and activists to leave their homes and locality. He threatened, if anyone of BNP men stay home till the date, their whole clan will be evicted. He asked his party men to search BNP men by the date to evict,” Rizvi said in a press briefing at the party’s Nayapaltan office in the capital.
Rizvi accused the government of hatching vote rigging conspiracy.
He said, police are conducting massive arrest against the leaders and activists of the BNP.
“More than 2000 new cases have been filed against BNP men after submitting the nomination papers.
He asked the government to stop filing fictitious cases and arrest spree to hold inclusive polls.
