RFL recruits 120 women after BITAC training

RFL appointed 120 women on Thursday. They found job after a three-month skills training at Bangladesh Industrial and Technical Assistance Center, according to a press release.
“The women were employed as full-time staff,” said Zaber Al Rahad Khan, senior Manager (HRM) at RFL.
Dr Engr S M Ihsanul Karim, Director of BITAC, received the appointment letter on behalf of the trainees. The appointment letters were handed over at their certificate-giving program at BITAC auditorium.
 According to BITAC, they provided training to 300 women in the 26 batches. Upon successful completion of the training, 120 women got the RFL job.
Ikbal Hossain Patwari, Project Director of Self-Employment and Poverty Alleviation (SEPA) at BITAC and Md Monir Hossain, Deputy Manager (HRM) at RFL were present.
BITAC has been providing the vocational training to women to meet the growing demand for skilled manpower in industry sector of Bangladesh.  
Around 3500 people got job after completing BITAC training at PRAN-RFL Group for the last five years.
