Md. Rezaul Karim, Chairman Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh (SCB) is re-appointed as Vice-Chairman of Asian Shippers Alliance (ASA) until the next ASA annual meeting in 2020 among from the Member Countries of South Asia Region in ASA meeting which was held in March at NH Barbizon Palace Hotel, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh (SCB) is the Founder Member of ASA, established in 2015. Md. Rezaul Karim is the proprietor of S.N. Jute International–a pioneer jute exporting farm. He is Member of the FBCCI general body. He was also Chairman of Bangladesh Jute Association and Former Chairman of Private Sector Consultative Board of International Jute Study Group.
