Revised schedule of AFC Qualifiers for Bangladesh Football team

Due to coronavirus pandemic, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) postponed the World Cup Qualifiers and AFC Qualifiers matches of Bangladesh Football team.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Md Abu Nayeem Shohag said, “AFC will arrange rest of the Qualifiers matches in October and November in this year according to the direction of FIFA, the highest body of world football.”
Bangladesh Football team have been billed in Group-E with Qatar, Oman, India and Afghanistan. Bangladesh Football team played four matches out of eight matches. Rest of the four matches of Bangladesh Football team will be held in October and November.
Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan in Sylhet on October 8. Bangladesh will face Qatar in Doha, the capital city of Qatar on October 13.
Bangladesh will face India at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on November 12. Bangladesh will play against Oman at the same venue on November 17.
Bangladesh lost to Afghanistan by a solitary at Dushanbe in Tajikistan. Bangladesh suffered a 2-0 goals defeat to Qatar in Dhaka.
Bangladesh made a 1-1 draw with India in Kolkata. Bangladesh tasted a 4-1 goals defeat to Oman in Oman.
