In seven posts of Assistant Commissioner of Police and 4 inspectors of 4 city thana have been transferred in their new assignment and responsibilities from yesterday.
Police Commissioner of Chittgong Md. Shafiqul Islam in a written order transferred the officials within the CMP administration.
CMP sources said AC of Panchalaish Zone Shah Abdur Rauf transferred to Kotwali Zone as AC , Kotwali AC Mirza Sayem transferred to CMP headquarters as AC(POM) , AC (Traffic) Dipak Joyti Khisa of south zone transferred to Panchalaish Zone as AC,Staff Officer of CMP Hqrs Tahmina Takia transferred to Traffic , South zone as AC, Besides, three newly joined ACs Faizur Islam, Md. Jahangir and Jahangir Alam have been posted as AC(MT) in hqrs, Staff Officer (hqrs) and AC in Training School respectively.
