Kidnapped gold trader of Chittagong Mridul Chowdhury was brought in Chittagong from Comilla with tough security measures yesterday and immediate after his arrival he was admitted in a private clinic- Royal Hospital at about 4.50 pm.
Mridul was found very tired and was crying seeing the f amily members at hospital . Police gheraoed the hospital and the journalists were allowed to talk with him.
Abduct Mridul Chowdhury was rescued by Debpur police outpost under Burhichong upazila of comilla district on Monday at about 6 am. police sources said Mridul chowdhury was found in agri land of Kangshonagar of Burhichong upazila and eyes tied with cloth. one night guard of Kongsanagar bazar Harunur Rashid picked up him from the agri land and took into his house and informed the Debpur police officials. later Debpur police camp rescued him from the residence of night guard. Harun Rashid phoned to the family members of the abduct Mridul about his rescued which instantly informed the kotwali thana in chittagong.
