The five-day long winter REHAB Fair-2019 concluded on Saturday with a huge response from visitors and buyers during the flagship real estate sector event.
The largest showcase of the Real Estate Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) began on December 24 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the capital.
Real estate companies, land developers, bank and financial institutions and building material companies displayed their products, including flats, plots, housing loans and construction materials through a total of 230 stalls of160 organisations at the venue.
Total sales and commitments of flat, plot and commercial space are Tk 456 crore and bank commitment has come over Tk 1700 crore, according to a press release.
REHAB’s first Vice President Liakot Ali Bhuiyan said many visitors booked flats and plots for purchasing.
