To create employment opportunity in Japan for the country’s young IT talents, Bangla Business Partner (BBP), Japan in association with Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT) is going to organize a “Bangladesh IT Talent Contest-2014”. The registration process of the contest has been started from Wednesday (January 22).
In the first phase, 20 contestants will get the employment opportunity in Japan. Gradually, successful qualified IT professionals will get the employment opportunity in different Japanese companies existing in Japan, USA, Canada and other countries of the world by rotation.
Selected talents would be given training on Japanese language as well as on Japanese standard professional IT training at free of cost.
 Final year students of different computer science and engineering programs of the country, passing out graduates or software professionals will get the opportunity to participate in this IT Talent Contest 2014.
The contest will be held in four phases. In first phase, Preliminary selection will be completed through online MCQ and IQ test.
In the second phase, a problem-solving contest will be held judged by local IT experts. In third phase, contestants will be selected through local interview and finally Japanese employers will finalize the candidates through interview.
In the selection process, former Google Vice President and current Chairman of Bangla Business Partner (BBP), Japan Norio Morakami will also be act as the guest judge. 1st and 2nd phase will be held on February 22, 2014 and February 28, 2014 consequently.
