Regent Airways to fly Doha in Qatar from May 19

Regent, in a statement said, primarily, four flights will fly to new route to Doha of Qatar from Bangladesh in a week. The new flight of Dhaka-Doha-Dhaka will fly from Dhaka every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 10.45 pm and reach Doha at 1.45 am every week. On the other hand, the new flight will start from Doha at 2.45 am and reach Dhaka at 10.30 am.
The recently included Buoying 737-800 flight of Regent Airways with 167 seats will be operated for running on two new international routes. There are 8 business class seats while rests 159 are economic class seats. The arrangement of seats and large space of the Buoying 737-800 flight will make the journey comfortable for the passengers.
Regent authority said the fare of one way from Dhaka to Doha is Tk 23,453 and return fare is Tk 39,842 only. The fare of one way from Dhaka to Doha is Quarter real 700 and return fare is Quarter real 1151 only. Besides, each passengers will get 20 kg free baggage facilities Dhaka to Doha while 40 kg free baggage facilities Doha to Dhaka.
It may be mentioned that this is the second destination of Regent in Middle East while Dhaka to Mascot was the first route of Regent in Middle East.
Describing the prosperity of the said two new international routes, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Regent Airways Lieutenant General (Retd) M Fazle Akber NDC, PSC said, “Regent is trying to be the reliable accompany of Bangladeshi passengers on the way to Doha in low cost. We have started the Dhaka-Doha Dhaka route after success in Dhaka to Mascot route.”
He said, “the labour market for Bangladeshi workers is expanding in Qatar for upcoming World Cup of 2022. On the other hand, the labour market for Bangladeshi is turning back now. So, Regent Airways selected the two new international routes regarding the prevailing prosperities there.”
It may be mentioned that Regent Airways starts its journey on November 2010 and began international flights by introducing Kuala Lumpur flight on July 15 in 2013. Presently, Regent Airways is operating another five international flights from Dhaka to Mascot, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, Kolkata and Chittagong to Bangkok and Kolkata.
Besides, the Regent Airways is also operating domestic flights at Dhaka, Chittagong and Cox’s Bazar routes.
Besides, Regent Airways is operating Dubai-Sylhet-Dubai flight with Fly Dubai by code share system. Presently, Regent Airways is operating 4 Buoying and 2 Dash flights.
