The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Wednesday reset January 4 for recording the deposition of sole witness for Ataur Rahman Noni and Obaidul Haque Taher.
The tribunal set the date as the defence failed to produce their witness yesterday. The tribunal in its order said, if the defence again fails to produce their witness, the prosecution will start placing their arguments on that day.
A total of 23 prosecution witnesses, including the investigation officer, testified against the alleged Razakar duo from Netrokona.
The ICT-1 on March 2 indicted the pair, framing six specific charges of crimes against humanity against them.
