Fatalities in construction works
Unexpectedly it is true that in recent times the risk of sudden accidents and death is increasing alarmingly in infrastructure construction, road construction, widening, and commercial or residential high-rise multi-storied buildings with concrete and metal elements.
Inadequate supply of safety equipment during construction, lack of proper supervision, managerial mismanagement, violation of construction safety rules, and absence of quality construction materials-all have become the major causes of accidents, death, and fatalities.
Although death is inevitable, tragic sudden death is not desirable to anyone. Therefore, the implementation of managerial discipline in all types of construction – including public-private establishments, autonomous infrastructure, compliance with safety rules, ensuring proper surveillance, facing accountability for neglect of duty, providing appropriate compensation for physical damage, and ensuring quality construction equipment-for all these it is possible to reduce the unwanted loss of life and fatalities in construction to a larger extent.

Entrepreneurship must be encouraged
Entrepreneurs are essential for economic development. This is why they have usually been considered as valuable assets for the economies of countries. However, a comprehensive cycle revolves around producing successful entrepreneurs who can earn more money, create more jobs, improve financial conditions inside a country, and eventually stabilize the global economic situation.
Entrepreneurs can generate new business opportunities. More businesses mean more job opportunities. Successful entrepreneurs that deal with products and services require a workforce to effectively handle their operations. Furthermore, if a business is successful, more entrepreneurs are likely to plan to create new products and services in the same industry, paving the way for increased economic development.
