Children’s Addiction To Video Games
Nowadays, children are widely getting addicted to smart phone and video games. As all the educational institutions are closed due to pandemic situation from March, 2020, most of the students are being involved in using mobile phone. They pass their time in playing different kinds of video games. Psychologists are also very concern and they called this type of addiction “Digital drug”! Contents of those video games are harmful for mental health of children. World Health Organization (WHO) recently listed video games addiction as a mental illness!
To prevent deterioration of the situation, the government and society as a whole should work together to create a healthy social-cultural environment, for the young in particular.
