Postal Service Needs Improvement
Since the birth of postal service in our country, they have picked up many many admires from the country men. In time of pandemic situation, a large number of students moved their village. There is no courier service in rural areas.
So one and only medium is post office to send parcel.
But overabundant charge and lengthy process of postal service frustrate the clients. Postal service needs to be faster and engage with e-commerce to reduce postal cost.
