Repair Tilpapara Road, please
The Tilpapara (Khilgaon)-South Goran Road via Shantipur became quite unfit to traffic several years ago, but there was no initiative to repair it. The condition is becoming bad to worse day by day. South Goran being out and out a residential area, everyday tens of thousands of people pass by this road on foot or by rickshaw or by baby taxies for doing their professional businesses, but embracing roughness thereof.
The Regional City Corporation Office is on this road near the Tilpapara Jame Mosque and, therefore, we think that the officials and the employees are well aware of the plight of the road. Many letters have been published in this column of this news paper drawing attention of the city corporation, but to no purpose.
We, therefore, once again urge the city corporation to arrange urgent repairing of the Tilpapara-South Goran Road before the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
