Traffic lawlessness

On the Gulshan Avenue approaching the first traffic circle from south, there is a coffee shop, where despite so many places to park, some inconsiderate people park their vehicles indiscriminately right across the pedestrian walkway. This forces many elderly and physically unfit persons to walk in grave risk across the incoming heavy traffic during morning rush hours.
This is a traffic and motor driving crime that needs to be investigated and stopped for the overall safety of pedestrians, especially the elderly people. Law breakers need exemplary punishment at the hands of traffic police authorities for violating basic and fundamental facilities of safety provided for the pedestrians. As a sufferer, I would request the Police commissioner to oversee the traffic rule violation on the south side of the Gulshan first circle and take needed protective action to stop this habitual traffic rule violation on a daily basis.
