Roads need repair
The part of the R.K.Mission Road passing by the north of the Gopibagh Baro Mosque needs urgent yepain. Most of the time, it remains submerged and wet due to defective drainage system or on account of unconsciousness of the surrounding people. On Friday, I asked a man standing in front of the Mosque whether have the regional office of the Dhaka City Corporation and the ward councilor been informed? There was no reply.
Whatsoever it is, we request the local ward councilor and the regional office of the city corporation to reform the drains on urgent basis.

Gender violence
We claim that we are Muslims but we are not united and stubborn against violence against women and children. When Allah says in the Quran that His complaint is against those who oppress mankind (Ref: 42/42), we say in our religious sermons that Allah forgives all sins if the wrongdoers become repentant.
Again we judge crimes from political consideration which is a serious lapse from the law point. Our view is that no leniency should be shown to the criminals and if it is done, crimes will come down.
