Stop war in Yemen :
The Yemen war has turned catastrophic for the country’s civilians, leading to widespread poverty, food insecurity and lack of basic health services. A BBC report estimates that as many as 85,000 children under the age of five may have died from acute malnutrition in three years since the war broke out.
Thousands, if not millions, of innocent kids are desperately in need of humanitarian assistance which UN is failing to provide due to the Saudi blockade. It is high time that world leaders came forward and took serious tangible initiatives to ensure the children get a safe environment to live in.
This should include food security, sanitation, socio-economic development of the families and proper healthcare. We urge the world leaders to end the war in Yemen so that its people can peacefully survive.
