Holding general election neutrally

Caretaker government was formed because Awami League wanted it, to achieve their goal they had turned the country upside down with continuous hartals, non co-operation, vandalism etc.
This system was adopted as part of the constitution in 1996 by the sixth Parliament. It was dominated by Bangladesh Nationalist Party, which yielded to the opposition pressure.
Be that as it may, three general elections were held under CTG and people were happy.
But suddenly Parliament abolished Care Taker Government on June 30,2011 allowing general election under elected partisan government. We are taken aback, why Awami League decided to kill its brain child, what is bothering them, is it because they are afraid that they may lose if election is held under CTG?
We have learned that Pakistan and Greece have also adopted this model to hold elections and overcome political stalemate.
We have become very upset by the political situation of our country, the uncertainty must end, the next general election must be conducted in a free and fair manner under a neutral government, the election commission must not waver from the sacred duty bestowed upon them and act without fear or favour.
