A generalized comment

I have started writing letters in the newspapers from 1991, when an elected government was in power. Since then I have written regularly, most of my letters are directed to the government, trying to attract attention on many problems which besieged the country and should be redressed.
Now I am in a dilemma, to whom shall I write as the present government is not elected by the people and is least bothered about their feelings. They are trying to convince people that it was bound by constitution and they had no option. Awami League should not talk about constitution as making the 15th amendment they have done a grave injustice. In the July 18, 2014 issue of an English daily a commentary ‘A job well done’ was published. In it the commentator highly praised the incumbent government saying, “Of all things that Sheikh Hasina’s government has done so far, the handling of the arbitration cases against Myanmar and India have been the most professional. It has been a job well done. Bravo”.
We also would have praised, but alas in the harsh light of the unjust act of the January 5, other things have become invisible, we are smarting from the wound and it would not heal until an inclusive election is arranged. So, we are unable to say ‘Bravo’ like the commentator.
