Driving school in districts

Last year, more than 4,000 people were killed in road accidents, with more than 9,000 others injured. Many of these accidents can be attributed to drivers’ lack of skills. The government should therefore establish driving schools in all 64 districts.
It may be costly to establish and operate these schools, but given the huge death tolls from road accidents, investment in this regard is necessary. These measures may prove to be effective in reducing the number of fatal road accidents. In addition, this may help licensed and certified drivers find lucrative employment opportunities abroad.
I would like to urge the government to seriously consider setting up at least one public driving school in each district.
