It is really unfortunate
Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha was, as reported, compelled to resign, with his resignation our hopes for justice from the Supreme Court has vanished. It was like a thunder bolt striking us, the future seems bleak.
The people of Bangladesh do not live on grass, they know that Surendra Kumar Sinha was removed for his stance on the sixteenth amendment of the constitution, when nothing was going right, the country is in a disarray, a person like him was needed to bring some sort of sanity but we are not so fortunate.
The adage goes as, those who are in power do not care about the people, their only aim is to remain in power at any cost — they hardly care for others.
