Value orientation in curricula
Moral education is crucial in shaping the human conscience and, as such, is an important element of any form of education. It prevents people from the negative impulses of theft, kidnapping, and other criminal activities. Most developed countries include moral education in their academic curricula. In an effort to address some of the events occurring around us, I suggest that the government includes ethics as a mandatory part of Bangladesh’s national curriculum.
