Rahmatganj captain Sawkat Rasel will face two-match suspension for his non-sportsman like behavior with match referee during Dhaka Abahani-Rahmatganj match of the JB Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at Bangabandhu National Stadium here on October 19.
Sawkat Rasel was also fined Tk 25,000 for the same offense
The decision was taken at a disciplinary committee meeting of Bangladesh Football Federation held at BFF office on Monday after reviewing the reports of match referee and match commissioner.
As per decision, Sawkat Rasel will have to pay the fine within ten days and will not participate in next two league matches for Rahamatgonj MFS on November 2 and 5.
